Pinot Noir grown so far north tends to be light, but that is its attraction. Here we have a delicate yet very tasty elegant wine with lots of soft red fruit. Fairly pale bright grenadine colour with purple reflections. Attractive and fresh aromas of ripe fleshy red fruits balance a trace of minerality, or “goutte de terroir” as the French say, one can smell the vineyards themselves.
